Free In-store Pick-up

In case you live closeby to our physical store, or you are planning on visiting Bergen, you can place an order with pick-up in our store at Bryggen 5. This option is free of charge. After completing payment, you will receive a notification that we received your order. We will also send you another e-mail when the product is ready for pick-up.

Shipping to Norway

For domestic shipping we use the services of Posten/Bring. We use flat price rates for our shipping, thus it will cost you 150 kr to ship to your Norwegian address, no matter the weight and size of the package.

International Shipping

For international deliveries we use the services of … We determine the shipping cost using a flat rate, thus if you would like to ship outside of Norway - anywhere in the world - it will cost you an extra 250 kr.

Shipping Process

After you place your order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email that we received your order. After that, we prepare your order for shipping and try to ship it at as soon as possible. When that is done, we will send you another email confirming that your order has been shipped, and we also provide you with a tracking number.

Depending on the upcoming working hours and working days, the process of receiving your order and shipping may take a few days. We will always send you notice when your order leaves our store, so you know that your package is on its way!

Import Taxes

Some purchases might be subject to import taxes upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to take into account the different import taxes that some countries might have, therefore it is the buyers responsibility to cover these extra charges.

Returns

If you would like to return the item(s) that you purchased from us, we provide you with a 14 day period for you to do so. These 14 days count from the day that you received your package, and it is applicable both if you were not satisfied with the item or if it did not fit you. You can ask for a refund or an exchange, we will gladly help you with both, if you send an e-mail - including your order number - to david@berlebergen.no. However, we are not able to cover shipping costs for any returns or product exchanges, thus you will be the one responsible for that. In case you ask for a refund, we will refund you the full product cost, but unfortunately we are not able to refund the initial shipping cost.
